CALA D'HORT  IBIZA

Cala d'Hort is rightly one of the most popular spots on Ibiza -  its main drawback being a lack of parking for those with their own transport. Come early, or try the parking areas at the cliff top before the road descends to the bay. The walk from here is longer, but the views are outstanding.

Close to Cala d'Hort take the road for Cala Vadella is Ses PaIses de Cala d'Hort, the excavated ruin of a country house dating from the late Carthaginian/early Roman period of Ibiza's history. The site, signposted from the road and reached by a rough track which must be walked, includes the remains of walls and a small Punic necropolis.
