BALUARTE DE SANT BERNAT IBIZA

Between the cathedral  and the palace/castle  a narrow alley leads to the Baluarte de Sant Bernat, from where there is a magnificent view. Straight ahead, and visible on most days, is Formentera, while to the right the southern part of Ibiza can be seen beyond the beaches of Figueretes and Platja d'en Bossa. Directly below is the rugged coast that forms the foreground for the wonderful view of the Dalt Vila  from the Formentera ferry.
