PUNTA  PRIMA

The southeastern extremity of Menorca boasts one of the island's largest and finest beaches but the currents in this part of Menorca can be dangerous and swimmers should pay particular attention to the Red Cross flag and only swim if the green flag is flying.

This is a popular area for water sports you can hire windsurfing and sailing equipment, as well as pedal boats, on the beach. Facing Punta Prima across the sea is the Ilia de l'Aire, an uninhabited island with an automatic lighthouse, clear seabed's for diving and a small harbor for yachts.
