THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM SEVILLE

Housed in the Renaissance palace built for the 1929 Ibero America Exhibition, the Archeological Museum has a fine collection of objects from prehistory and the Moorish culture. Outstanding among its exhibits is the Carombolo Treasure; from the 7th century this includes gold jewellery from the Tartessos civilisation.
