RINCON DE LA VICTORIA

Lying some 12km east of Malaga, Rincon de la Victoria is a fast developing resort. It offers a pleasant new seafront promenade, some modest accommodation, an 18-hole golf course, riding, tennis and boats for hire. The resort has a reputation for good fish restaurants, a specialty being a small sardine type fish known as victorianos and coquinas - clams. The Wednesday market is always a great event.
