Carratraca Spa Balneario

The Carratraca Spa, or as it is known in Spain 'Balneario', is situated 53 km from Malaga and 541 metres above sea level. The spa offers visitors treatment for rheumatic disorders, skin problems, circulation, nervous system and gynaecological conditions.

Due to the therapeutic properties in the water, such as sulphates, arsenical and curative radio activities; the spa has attracted a large amount of famous visitors and has lead to the awards of recognition in Malaga, Madrid and Barcelona.

The waters from the Carratraca Spa are also used to make cosmetic products.
