LLAFRANC Costa Brava

Pine trees shade a beach-front promenade and yachts flutter in the small marina beside a perfect bay, where tamarisks grow out of the rocks around an arc of fine sand. Although this resort has grown more popular in recent years, the development is restrained and few of the buildings are more than two or three storeys high. A coastal path leads to Calella de Palafrugell  or you can walk or drive up to the lighthouse at Cap de Sant Sebastill for views back down over Llafranc.
