Playa Jardin

Playa Jardin is a small beach in Tenerife that is located in the north of the Canary Island, on the coast of the tourist resort of Puerto de la Cruz. The sand is volcanic, therefore it is dark, but the beach is very picturesque against the blue sea. The beach boasts many gardens along the edge of the sand, hence the name of Playa Jardin. Playa Jardin is 50 metres in length and also has a horizontal break-water which protects some of the swimming area in the calm sea. The beach services include shower and dressing rooms, rest rooms, seafront promenade and public phones. Sun loungers and parasols can be rented daily for a small fee to make your visit to the beach more comfortable. Playa Jardin is a great beach in Tenerife to visit for the whole family whilst on holiday in Puerto de la Cruz.
