El Soccarro

El Soccarro beach is located in the north of Tenerife, in the Los Realejos district. The beach features dark, volcanic sand and is one of the most recommended beaches in Tenerife. Surfers frequent the El Soccarro beach, and competitions sometimes take place here. The sea-water has quite a strong swell, therefore care must be taken whilst swimming. El Soccarro Beach provides the facilities you would expect from a beach in Tenerife such as car parks, bars and restaurants. The beach has been awarded a blue flag of excellence so visitors are ensured of the high standards maintained at El Soccarro Beach.
