Oven at Sobrino de BotinFounded in 1725, El Sobrino De Botin is a restaurant made famous by it´s longevity, famous patrons, rustic décor, and of course its delectable traditional Spanish dishes. Most popular is the suckling pig and roast Segovian Ham. The menu is seasonal. For a holiday treat for the whole family this restaurant is highly recommended.
