The Marça Caves
Once you have followed the rocky path to the Marça caves, you will reach the mouth of the cave, which is up to 14 metres above sea level. From here you will be able to see some beautiful panoramic views of the San Miguel Bay with the Murada Island in the background.
The Marça caves are 100,000 years old and were discovered by smugglers hiding their goods. The geological forms are obvious from the wealth of the underground water currents, the cascades and waterbeds having been fossilised.
The guided tour will give visitors an in depth history of the caves where you will also be able to visit the cave museum and purchase souvenirs from your holiday in Ibiza.
