Parque Norte
Parque Norte, meaning North Park, is a beautiful botanical and zoological park providing a unique day of Family Fun in Gran Canaria. Located in Galdar, just an hour outside of Maspalomas, Parque Norte allows visitors to walk around the various plantations situated around the park, providing educational information on how the various species of plants are cultivated. Visitors to Parque Norte also witness a variety of exotic animals, most of which are in danger of extinction, such as birds like Toucans, Papagayos, Grullas Japanese and Titis (animal from the Brazil forest) and more. Parque Norte also houses a mini-farm where visitors can interact with cute animals such as donkeys, goats, turtles and rabbits. The Parque Notre is very picturesque, and features an excellent restaurant onsite, ensuring an excellent day of Family fun whilst on holiday in Gran Canaria.
