Serinya Prehistoric Caves
Serinya Prehistoric Caves
The prehistoric caves of Serinya are the ideal day out for you and your family during your holiday in Costa Brava. Here you will learn how and where prehistoric hunters and harvesters lived. It is the best destination in Europe to understand the development of human kind.
The caves were inhabited during the Palaeolithic period and show the various methods used to survive in those days.
We recommend you also visit the Banyoles archaeology museum where you will find various objects that have been found in the Serinya caves.
